From planning to handover

Bring the plan
and system together.

Start with the site, define what needs to work together and make the handover clear. Explore the three stages of the project.

From the site to the systemProject workflow
Three stages from site information to a coordinated handoverThree large connected panels show site inputs, equipment and handover. The first has a road and vehicle symbol, the second has signal and display silhouettes, and the third has a document and controller symbol. This is a conceptual workflow for discussion, not an approved traffic scheme or equipment wiring plan.1. Site2. System3. Handover
Bring site information, equipment requirements and handover into one coordinated project brief.

Start with the people and the place.

Work stages, access, road users and the available site information shape the brief before equipment or drawings are selected.

You might need a diversion drawing, traffic counts or help coordinating a roadworks package. Share what you have and we’ll discuss the next step.

Discuss your project
  1. Discuss the challenge

Tell us where the work is, what needs to happen and which access, traffic or planning problem is holding things up.

  2. Plan the work package

Agree the site information, drawings, assessments and work stages. Confirm applicable local standards and the technical checking needed.

  3. Work through review

Develop the agreed package and respond to technical comments. Coordinate with your project team through the required review and approval process.

  4. Hand over clearly

Provide the agreed records and explain operation, responsibilities and support for the work delivered.

The team behind your project

Civil engineers.
New Zealand qualifications.

Engineering knowledge and traffic-management expertise, brought together around the work you need to deliver.

Engineering background

Roading & civil engineering

Our civil engineering team brings together New Zealand roading qualifications, STMS credentials and specialist temporary traffic-management planning expertise.

Practical traffic knowledge

STMS & TTM planning

The team’s New Zealand credentials include Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS) and TTM Planner training and certification. We consider the work stages, road users and access arrangements together.

A considered approach

People, risks & the site

New Zealand’s risk-based approach to temporary traffic management informs how we consider the work, the site and the people using the road. Indian projects are developed around applicable IRC guidance and project requirements.

A single diversion, a traffic assessment or a wider road-project package: let’s discuss what your team needs.

Before we begin

A few useful
questions, answered.

Does a prepared traffic plan mean the work is approved?

No. Preparation, technical review and authority approval are separate steps. The project must complete the review and approval requirements for its location before implementation.

Can you work from our drawings or specification?

Yes. Share the site information, drawings, specification and the work you need supported. We review the available inputs and define the outputs, assumptions and responsibilities before proposing the scope.

Can you prepare temporary traffic plans for Indian highways?

We can scope work-zone traffic management plans, diversion drawings and construction stages for Indian highway projects. We start by confirming the site information, project requirements, technical checking and review route with your team.

How does New Zealand experience apply to Indian projects?

Our civil engineering team brings New Zealand roading qualifications, STMS credentials and TTM planning expertise. This informs a practical approach to site risks and road users. Indian projects are developed against applicable IRC guidance, MoRTH specifications and the project requirements.

Can you support projects outside India?

Remote planning and documentation support can be scoped internationally. Field information, local coordination, technical review and approvals need agreed owners for the project location.

Can architectural assistance be included?

B.Arch-qualified specialists and architecture assistants are available for defined assistance. The brief confirms the work required and who holds design, review, registration and approval responsibilities.

Does a traffic-equipment proposal include supply and installation?

The proposal states the agreed development, supply, installation, testing and support roles. Equipment models, interfaces and acceptance requirements are confirmed for that particular project.
