The project enquiry form lets you contact GA Applications directly. The optional service finder helps you prepare a project summary.

Sending an enquiry

When you select Send enquiry, your name, contact details, project location, chosen service and message are sent to this website’s server and passed to our team by email. We use those details to respond to your enquiry and discuss your project. Our hosting and email services process that information for us. Basic spam checks help protect the form.

Your unsent entries stay in this page’s temporary memory and are not saved to browser storage. Reloading the page clears them. Sending an enquiry shares the information with us; the resulting email may be retained while we respond and manage the project.

The service finder and your summary

The service finder keeps your choices and editable summary in this browser. Continue to send enquiry opens the contact form with those details filled in. You can review and change them, then add your name and contact information. Nothing is sent to our server until you select Send enquiry.

Copying puts the summary on your device’s clipboard. If you use an email fallback after a form error, opening the draft passes its details to your configured email app; you review and send that email yourself.

Website analytics

Google Analytics 4 is optional. If you allow analytics, Google receives information about page visits, your browser and device, and may use cookies to help us understand how the website is used. We store your analytics choice in your browser so it applies on later visits. You can change that choice using Analytics choices in the footer. We count successful enquiry submissions without including the form’s name, contact details, location or project description in analytics events.

Website hosting

Our hosting service may record normal request information, such as an IP address, page address and request time, to operate and protect the website.

What to include

A location and a brief description are enough to start. Please leave passwords, identity documents, medical details and other sensitive information out of the enquiry.

When you contact us directly

If you send an email or call, you share that information through your chosen email or phone service. For a question about information you have shared with GA Applications, contact maven@gaapplications.com.
