GA Applications is operated by Godara And Arya Applications Pty Ltd, which is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to hello@gaapplications.com. A verified postal address will be supplied in direct project documentation; until one is published here, use email so the request can be recorded and routed correctly.

1. Information you choose to provide

When you contact us or begin a project enquiry, you may provide your name, role, business name, email address, phone number, website, location, service interests, budget range, project details, files and preferred contact method. A location platform may pass the region, locality or service category you selected into the central enquiry pathway.

Unless a field is marked required, providing it is voluntary. We need a working contact method and enough information to understand and respond to the request. If that minimum information is not supplied, we may be unable to respond, quote, verify authority or deliver the requested service. Do not place passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, health information or other unnecessary sensitive information in a public form.

2. Website and technical information

Our website, security and hosting systems may receive standard technical information such as IP address, user agent, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps, referring page, approximate region, error information and security events. Where analytics is enabled, measurement identifiers, page interactions and campaign/referral information may be processed to understand aggregate use and improve performance, content and navigation.

3. How information is used

  • respond to questions, enquiries and correction requests;
  • prepare, scope and deliver requested services;
  • route location and service enquiries to the appropriate GA Applications team member;
  • operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website and public tools;
  • maintain business, project and communication records; and
  • meet legal, accounting, security and dispute-resolution requirements.

We use information only where reasonably connected with the purpose explained at collection, where you consent, where needed to perform or prepare a contract, where required by law, or for a legitimate operational purpose permitted by applicable law.

4. Information received from other sources

We may receive business contact information from a colleague who refers you, a customer or supplier involved in the same project, an authorised platform integration, or a public professional or business source. We record the source where reasonably practicable and will provide the information required by applicable law when we first contact you or as soon as reasonably practicable. You may ask where we obtained your information.

5. Service providers and disclosure

We may disclose information only as reasonably needed to hosting and content-delivery providers, email and form processors, analytics and security providers, project and file-storage tools, payment and accounting providers, professional advisers, approved subcontractors and a Client’s authorised team. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or systems, to investigate misuse, or in connection with a genuine business reorganisation subject to appropriate protections.

Google Analytics is used across GA Applications’ own indexable, service and information pages for website measurement under the GA Applications analytics property. Its operation can involve cookies or similar identifiers and processing by Google. Analytics storage remains disabled unless a visitor selects “Allow analytics”. Advertising storage and personalisation remain disabled. Independent concept-preview pages do not carry GA Applications tracking code and must not be treated as the featured organisation’s analytics property. Current browser and analytics controls are described below.

6. Overseas processing and safeguards

Digital providers may process or store information in Australia, New Zealand, the United States, India and other countries in which an approved provider or project participant operates. The exact countries can vary with the selected hosting region and supplier. Before a project requires material personal-data transfer, the written scope should identify any required hosting location or restriction.

Where cross-border disclosure rules apply, we take reasonable steps appropriate to our role—such as provider assessment, contractual commitments, access controls and data minimisation—to ensure information remains protected. Contact us before submitting information if it must remain in a particular country.

7. Location email aliases

A city or location email address displayed on the website may be a receiving alias that routes to the central GA Applications team. The same privacy handling applies whether an enquiry arrives through a general address, a location alias, a form or a direct email.

8. Cookies, analytics and browser preferences

The website may use cookies or similar storage for security, analytics and essential functionality. Google Analytics starts with analytics storage denied and is enabled only when a visitor selects “Allow analytics” through the site’s privacy choices. The choice can be changed later using the “Privacy choices” control. Device-local storage may also remember optional preferences such as music playback state and position. Blocking or removing storage may affect optional features but should not prevent access to core information.

9. Direct marketing

We do not treat an enquiry as unlimited permission to send promotional email. Marketing is sent only where consent or another lawful basis exists, identifies GA Applications and provides a functional unsubscribe method. Transactional replies, quotes, project notices and requested service messages are not marketing. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by using the unsubscribe method or emailing us.

10. Retention and security

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the collected purpose, project and business records, legal and accounting obligations, security, warranty and dispute handling. Retention depends on the record type and project requirements; duplicate working files and expired access should be removed when no longer needed. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access limitation, credential controls and protected transfer methods where appropriate, while recognising that no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

11. Automated tools and significant decisions

Public estimators, recommendation tools, AI assistants and automation may help organise information or suggest a next step. Unless expressly disclosed for a specific service, GA Applications does not use the public website to make a final decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect about a person. Important project, employment, credit, safety, legal, medical or financial decisions require appropriate human review.

12. Privacy and data incidents

Suspected loss, unauthorised access or disclosure is assessed and contained according to the affected systems and applicable law. Where a breach is likely to cause the level of harm that triggers notification, we will notify affected people and the appropriate regulator as required. Report a concern promptly to hello@gaapplications.com.

13. Children

The website and services are directed to businesses and adults authorised to make project enquiries. They are not designed to collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted information may request its review and removal.

14. Access, correction and complaints

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request access or correction, withdraw consent, object to marketing, or raise a privacy concern by emailing hello@gaapplications.com. Please describe the request and the GA Applications interaction involved. We may verify identity and may withhold information only where the law permits or requires it.

We will acknowledge a complaint and aim to provide a substantive response within 30 calendar days, or explain why more time is reasonably needed. If you remain dissatisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, the New Zealand Office of the Privacy Commissioner, or another regulator with jurisdiction.

15. Updates

We may update this notice when the website, service providers or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.

Starting a project? Share only the information needed for the first review. Sensitive credentials, production access and confidential datasets should be transferred through the secure method agreed for the project.
