Access control & attendance · Hisar, Haryana
The door knows who may enter — and when.
GA Applications plans, installs and supports access control systems and attendance machines for shops, gyms, offices and institutions across Hisar and Haryana. Fingerprint, card or PIN entry; permissions per person, per door, per schedule — with every attempt written to a log you can actually read.
सही व्यक्ति · सही दरवाज़ा · सही समय
Present a credential
A person presents their card, PIN or fingerprint to the reader.
Check the rules
The controller checks the credential and the permissions available to it.
Release or deny
The configured rules determine whether the door releases or stays locked.
Record the event
The selected system records the event for the administrator to review.
Administration and synchronisation
Permission changes and revocation timing depend on whether the selected controller uses live network polling, scheduled updates or standalone memory.

What changes at your door
- Keys stop being copied and lost — credentials are issued and cancelled in software.
- Every opening has a name and a time attached to it.
- Vendor and visitor access ends on its own, on the date you set.
Credentials
PIN, card or fingerprint — chosen for the door, not the brochure
Most sites mix credential types: fingerprint for daily staff, cards for managers, a time-boxed PIN for a vendor visit. We recommend the mix after seeing how your doors are actually used — we do not push a brand or a price list before a survey.
| Credential | Best fit | Worth knowing |
|---|---|---|
| PIN | Low-traffic doors, temporary access, vendors and visitors who need a code that expires. | Codes can be shared, so PINs suit doors where convenience matters more than proof of identity. Change them on staff exit. |
| Card / fob | Shops and offices with shifting teams — issue, replace or cancel a card in a minute. | A lost card stops working the moment it is revoked in software; nothing to collect back from the person. |
| Fingerprint | Daily staff and gym members — nothing to carry, nothing to lend to a friend. | Practical and hard to share, but no biometric is a guaranteed anti-fraud device; reader quality varies and we say so honestly. |
Hardware we plan around
Machines you will recognise
These are the hardware classes a typical access or attendance job is built from. The exact model is proposed only after the site survey — chosen for your door type, headcount and the reports you need, and priced in a written proposal.

Fingerprint + PIN terminal
Door control & clock-in

Attendance terminal
Shift-wise reports

Keypad / card reader
Doors & gates, indoor & outdoor

Maglock door kit
Lock, exit switch, power & fobs
Final models are confirmed in the proposal after your site survey.
Roles & schedules
One door, three different answers
The same reader treats a gym member, a shop employee and a visitor differently. Try it: pick a role, a credential and a time, and see the decision a configured controller would make — grant, deny, and log either way.
Permission set — Gym member
- Opens
- Main entrance only
- When
- 24 × 7, while membership is paid up
- Expiry & revocation
- A lapsed membership stops opening the door automatically — no staff needed at the desk at 2 am.
Demo entry log
Present a credential and the decision is written here — exactly the kind of record a real system keeps for every attempt, granted or not.
Demonstration only — runs in your browser, nothing is recorded or sent.
Day-to-day running
Permissions that expire, access you can revoke, entries you can prove
- 01
Issue with an end date
Every credential can carry an expiry — a vendor's PIN for the week of a delivery, a gym membership until its paid-up date. Expired credentials fail on their own.
- 02
Revoke in seconds
When someone leaves, their credential is suspended or deleted in the software. The next time they present it, the door simply stays locked.
- 03
Entry logs you can read
Every attempt — granted or denied — is recorded with time, door and credential. Useful after a stock discrepancy, a late-night alarm, or a dispute about who opened up.
- 04
Admin handover, not dependency
Before we leave, your own admin user is created, your team is shown how to issue, suspend and read logs, and we remain reachable for support. You run the system; we back you up.
Software & compatibility
Access controllers and attendance machines each come with their own management software, and capabilities differ — report formats, export options, remote management, language. We confirm the actual software's behaviour on the exact model proposed for your site before quoting, and we tell you plainly what it will and will not do.
Experience behind the work
Our team includes a technician whose personal career track record covers 2,000+ cameras installed and 1,000+ LAN connections made — individual experience that shapes how we cable, configure and hand over. These are the technician's career figures, not company project totals.
Site visit first
We quote only after seeing your doors, power and network.
Door-by-door design
Reader, lock, exit and fallback decided per door, in writing.
Your team trained
Admin handover includes issuing, suspending and reading logs.
Support after handover
Support terms and response expectations are agreed in writing with your proposal.
Attendance machines
Attendance is a separate workflow from opening doors
A door asks “may this person enter now?”. An attendance machine asks “when did this person start and finish?”. The two often share fingerprint or card hardware at a staff entrance, but the rules, reports and software are different — and we design them as distinct workflows.

- A
Clock-in that matches your shifts
Fingerprint, card or face-capable attendance machines configured with your shift timings, late marks and overtime rules — for a shop floor of five or a staff of fifty.
- B
Reports you define first
Before installation we agree what the monthly output must look like. Export formats depend on the chosen machine's software, so we confirm the exact report you need — we do not promise universal payroll integration.
- C
Honest about limits
Biometrics reduce buddy-punching but no system guarantees fraud-proof attendance. We configure sensible checks and tell you where the remaining gaps are.
Where this fits
Built for the way sites in Haryana actually run

Retail · experience
Supermarket & shop access
Our team has supermarket access-control experience. Staff entrances, restricted stockrooms and delivery access are possible applications to assess around the site’s actual operations.

Fitness · capability
24-hour gym member entry
We can configure member-based access for round-the-clock gyms: fingerprint or card entry tied to membership validity, so expired memberships stop opening the door at 2 am without any staff present. This is a confirmed capability of the systems we install — not a claim of a completed gym client.

Commercial · visitor & staff
Offices, clinics, institutions
Reception-controlled visitor entry, staff-only corridors, records rooms and lab doors with per-person permissions — and an entry log behind every decision when questions come up later.

How we work
From assessment to handover
Premium pricing is justified by everything around the hardware: site planning, installation, configuration, handover and support. Here is the sequence we follow on every access or attendance job.
- 01
Site assessment
We visit, count and photograph doors, check power and network points, and ask the scoping questions below. No quote before this.
- 02
Design & proposal
Door-by-door plan: reader type, lock type, exit devices, cabling route, controller location and the software that fits your reports.
- 03
Installation
Cabling, controllers, readers, locks and exit hardware installed and dressed properly — the part that decides whether the system still works in five years.
- 04
Configuration
Roles, schedules, expiry rules and your first credentials are set up with you, then tested door by door, person by person.
- 05
Handover
Your admin login, a walkthrough for the person who will run it, and documentation of what was installed where.
- 06
Support
Reachable after handover for changes, new staff batches, schedule updates and faults — with the agreed support arrangement honoured for your site.
Before we quote
Questions we will ask you
- Q1
Which doors should be controlled, and which should stay free-swinging?
- Q2
Roughly how many people need access — and how many come and go each month?
- Q3
Do you need entry only, attendance only, or both at the same door?
- Q4
Should anyone get in outside working hours — members, managers, guards?
- Q5
Is there power and network near each door, or do we route fresh cabling?
- Q6
Who on your team will administer the system after handover?
Safety & fallback
What happens when power fails or someone must exit?
Exit and fallback behaviour are design decisions we make per door, not a compliance certification. During design we agree, for each door:
- a
How people exit freely at all times — push buttons, crash bars or lever handles, so nobody is ever locked in.
- b
Whether the lock fails open or fails secure in a power cut, and whether a battery backup keeps the controller alive.
- c
How the door behaves with fire-alarm or emergency interfaces, where the site requires one.
- d
A manual override and key-holding arrangement so you are never locked out of your own premises.
These choices are documented in the proposal so you know exactly how each door behaves before anything is drilled.
FAQ
Asked often, answered straight
Can one fingerprint open the door and mark my attendance?
Often yes — many sites use one reader at the staff entrance for both. But the door rules and the attendance rules run as separate workflows in the software, and we configure them separately so a door decision never corrupts an attendance record.
What happens when an employee leaves?
Their credential is suspended or deleted. When that change reaches each controller depends on the selected system, connectivity and synchronisation. We test the update behaviour and agree the offboarding process, including offline controllers.
Will the attendance machine talk to my payroll software?
That depends on the export formats of the specific machine’s software and what your payroll expects. We confirm the actual report format on the proposed model before quoting, rather than promising universal integration.
Can a gym really run unmanned at night with member access?
We can scope member entry using fingerprint or card, with schedules and expiry linked to the chosen system. Membership software integration, staffing, CCTV coverage and emergency arrangements need to be agreed for your gym before unattended operation.
Which brand of machine will you install?
After the site assessment, we propose specific models whose software and behaviour suit your needs. The quotation identifies the equipment, and we explain why each item was chosen.
Do you serve sites outside Hisar?
Yes — we take on access control and attendance work across Haryana. Travel and support arrangements are discussed during the assessment so response expectations are clear on both sides.
One site visit. One door-by-door plan. No guesswork.
